TTI Success Insights™ Sales: (DISC)
- Purpose: This inventory is an assessment that quickly determines a person’s natural & adaptive style.
- Benefits:
o It provides a look at behavioral/communication styles and shows us HOW they tend to do what they do.
o It gives individuals a way to interact more easily and effectively with each other.
o It fosters understanding and respect for unique differences.
o It identifies how to relate (sell) to the customer in the customers preferred (buying) style.
TTI Workplace Motivators™
- Purpose: This inventory is an assessment that determines the values/motivators that are the drivers behind our behavior.
- Benefits:
o It provides a look at an individual’s values/motivators and tells us WHY they do what they do and will prefer to do in the future.
o It provides a look at values /motivators that we normally do not see in everyday activities but explains what is behind an individual’s behavior.
o This information provides insights about an individual’s motivational approach to sales and customer service.
Personal Talent & Skills Inventory™ (PTSI) – Sales and/or Sales Management
- Purpose: this inventory is used to determine whether an individual “will” do the job!
- Benefits:
o This inventory looks at how a person is seen on the outside and what they are thinking on the inside.
o It also provides a comprehensive listing of talents and skills and ranks them on a comparative national basis. IE: is a career in sales/sales management a good long term fit for you?
Private, Assessment Feedback Session:
- Done in person or via telephone.
- Approximate time to accomplish: 2-3 hours
Sales Development Coaching:
- Two, 1 - 2 hour meetings per month – in person or via telephone.
- Covers a three month period.
