Personal Talent & Skills Inventory™ (PTSI)
- Purpose: this inventory is used to determine whether an
individual “WILL” do the job.
- Benefits: This inventory looks at how a person is seen on the
outside and what they are thinking on the inside. It also
provides an extensive listing of talents and skills and ranks
them on a comparative national basis.
Validation: The Personal Talent Skills Inventory has been validated in over 28 individual validation studies, conducted over 20 years by more than 19 separate examiners. It is proven to meet the rigorous standards for employment assessments referenced by the US Federal Government Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC). Validation has also been documented in the areas of Construct Validity, Concurrent Validity, Face Validity and Predictive Validity.
