Career Transition Services

Our services are designed for those individuals who are contemplating, or in the midst of changing careers or jobs. They might also be considering whether to make additional commitments to further a present career or go into business.

We also help companies who choose to provide some Career Transition Coaching for employees they will be terminating.

These services are most effective for those individuals who are excited about, and committed to doing the internal and external work required to enhance their professional and personal lives.


  • Who are you? Until you truly understand yourself, you might as well be working in blinders and leg irons. Research proven assessments/surveys will determine your natural behavioral and motivational style as well as your individual talents and skills. They also provide your ranking in each category on a national basis.
  • Effective Interviews – How to prepare yourself for interviews so that you can ‘put your best foot forward’, AND determine if this is a good fit for YOU.
  • Presentation Skills – How to present yourself to an employer. Is your personal brand being presented (and received) as you want it to be? Are you sure?
  • Coaching/Mentoring – Would some ongoing assistance help you make the transition go more smoothly, quickly and successfully?
  • Wardrobe – How do you look – really? How should you dress to present the professional image that will help (not hinder) your moving up to the next level?
